Request deletion
To request deletion of your Dublin Taxi Prep account and associated learning data, email support@dublintaxiprep.online from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject “Dublin Taxi Prep — Account deletion request”. This web route can be used without installing or signing in to the app.
The current in-app request route opens email support. Sending an email does not immediately remove your data or itself confirm receipt. Support may need to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.
Information covered
The request covers your account and associated profile, practice sessions, selected answers, results, question progress and bookmarks. Ask support which information will be removed, the expected completion time and whether specific records must be retained for a justified legal reason.
A temporary break
Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account or learning records held on the server. You can keep your account if you only want to pause your learning.
