Operator and agreement
These terms govern your use of Dublin Taxi Prep, operated by Umer Hassan. Developed by Umer Hassan. Contact support@dublintaxiprep.online for support or questions about these terms. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account.
Independent study service
The app provides independent learning, practice questions, answer explanations, progress tools and map-learning links for Dublin Area Knowledge and SPSV Industry Knowledge. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the National Transport Authority or any official examination or licensing body. Questions and mock sessions are study material; they are not a promise that the same questions will appear in an official test. A practice score does not guarantee a test pass, employment or a licence.
Your account
Use an email address you control, complete email verification and keep your credentials secure. Provide accurate information that is necessary for your account. Do not impersonate another person or share your password. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Support will never need your password.
Personal learning licence
Subject to these terms, you may use the app and its learning content for your personal study. The app, its design and learning materials remain subject to the rights of Umer Hassan and the relevant content owners. Do not copy, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit content without the necessary permission. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you, including applicable copyright exceptions.
Appropriate use
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass account protection, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code or collect other people's data. Do not use automation to extract the question bank or impair normal access. Use support channels respectfully and do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Current rules and learning accuracy
We aim to provide useful study content. Roads, locations, fares, licensing rules and policies may change. Check the current information published by the relevant authority before making a professional or legal decision. If you find an error, contact support@dublintaxiprep.online with the question or topic and, where possible, an authoritative source. Explanations and scores are learning aids, not legal advice.
Maps and safe use
Map tools open Google Maps in an external app or browser. Place searches and route suggestions may change with current conditions, closures, traffic and provider data. They may differ from a study route or an original reference-map grid. Check the destination and comply with road signs and applicable law. Do not interact with the learning app while driving. Google's terms apply when using its service: https://policies.google.com/terms.
Availability and saved progress
Internet access is needed for authentication, question delivery and saving learning records. Some preferences are kept locally. Features or content may change, and maintenance or network problems can interrupt access. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability. Your practice and mock results remain educational records rather than official assessment results.
Purchases
The current app does not provide an in-app purchase or subscription checkout. If paid features are introduced, the relevant price, billing, cancellation and store terms must be presented before purchase. These terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge.
Ending use and account requests
You may stop using the app and sign out at any time. To request account deletion, use Settings → Delete account or contact support@dublintaxiprep.online from your account email. The current request route opens email support and does not immediately erase the account. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Stopping use or uninstalling the app does not itself remove server records; see the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Use your judgement when relying on study content or external map services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Any dispute remains subject to the protections and remedies that applicable law gives you. These terms do not require you to give up the right to contact a regulator or bring a claim in a court available under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes should be explained through the app or other appropriate communication. For questions, content corrections or support, contact Umer Hassan at support@dublintaxiprep.online.
